Now I Can't Lose

Once, while picking up trash in the woods near my home, I found a bunch of plastic bags full of dog poop.
Someone had been picking up after their dog, and then throwing it into the forest!
Now where is the sense in that? I would be better to just leave it lying there. At least then it would deteriorate over the next couple of months.
But no, better throw it in the woods.
